The launch of the desktop version of hVPN is the confirmation of our focus on delivering on the promises given to our community in our core document for the Spring season — Spring 2021 Strategic Goals. In Summer, we will keep on improving the protection of our community from digital threats.
hVPN is one of the most secure VPN services available in the market. It provides for no activity logs and does not track your behaviour. hVPN secures your browsing experience since the internet traffic is routed through an encrypted tunnel. You can also connect up to 5 devices. Generally, hVPN is one of the best and most affordable tools to protect your digital identity!

How to start using hVPN right now:
- Download the desktop version (macOS* or Windows) of hVPN from the official website;
- Launch the installation process;
- For members (use for free):
- Authorize using the same email as the one you used for the HackenAI app
- Verify your email
For non-members:
- Just follow the registration process.
- Please be informed that hVPN for macOS is currently available only for devices operating on Intel. We are currently testing the application for M1 processors. The announcement will be made soon.
Upon the end of the installation process just click “Connect” and you are protected with our VPN. But do not forget to Sign in!
You can purchase the subscription plan you need (for non-members) in the “Sign in” form via your hVPN mobile.

Can any installation issues be attributable to the version of operating system updates installed on my PC?
If you are a Windows user, we recommend you to check whether the latest version of Windows updates is installed on your device. In very rare cases, bugs may be caused by the version of your operating system updates.
Can I install hVPN if there are other VPN services installed on my PC?
In some cases, our VPN service may be in conflict with other VPN services installed on your PC. That is why when facing issues with hVPN, you can try to delete all other VPN services installed on your PC.
