What’s UFI farming?
The UFI Farming is a staking utility for the HAI token in the HackenAI app.
To farm, you need to stake HAI with no lock-up period to get rewards in UFI.
There are two farming options, both on the Binance Smart Chain network:
1) Stake HAI — earn UFI (up to 12% APY)
2) Provide liquidity in equal parts of HAI and UFI — earn UFI (up to 28% APY)
How to claim UFI in the HackenAI app? Particularities of UFI farming
PureFi has a subscription system, which makes it necessary for users to have an active subscription to claim rewards from UFI farming, effective from Nov 29.
These requirements are set on the UFI token’s smart contract. While claiming UFI rewards, the token contract checks if the user’s address has a PureFi subscription. And if the wallet doesn’t possess an active PureFi subscription, the contract reverts the transaction.
On November 29, we made a snapshot to form the list of current UFI farming and UFI-HAI LP participants. Everyone participating in the UFI farming at the time of the snapshot was given the 1-year PureFi subscription completely for free!
How to claim if you staked before Nov 29, 2022?
You should be able to claim your farmed UFI tokens at any moment, with no additional action required. Moreover, you can enjoy your free PureFi subscription at https://dashboard.purefi.io/.
The subscription provides:
1. Unlimited token unstaking and reward claiming from UFI farm and HAI-UFI LP in the HackenAI app
2. 12 months of free AML/KYC checks in the PureFi app
3. 80% of the regular subscription cost in UFI tokens back by the end of the free 12-months PureFi subscription
How to claim if you staked after Nov 29, 2022?
Be aware that you need to get a PureFi subscription, otherwise, you won’t be able to claim your farmed tokens.
Even though you can stake your HAI and start farming UFI, claiming UFI rewards will only be possible with the mentioned subscription!
Here is a step-by-step guide to linking the HackenAI account with the PureFi subscription:
1. In the HackenAI app, go to ‘Dashboard’ and hit the red gear icon
2. Obtain your private key
3. Open Metamask, and import your private key there
4. Visit → http://dashboard.purefi.io/subscription
5. Connect your wallet
6. Select the plan that best suits your needs
7. Approve the tokens
8. Subscribe
You should be able to claim your farmed UFI tokens at any moment, with no additional action required. Moreover, you can enjoy your free PureFi subscription at https://dashboard.purefi.io/.
